나래연구소에서 진행하는 세미나는 재활, 트레이닝, 퍼포먼스, 스포츠 현장에서 다년간 얻은 경험을 통해 인체의 움직임 시스템에대해 함께 공부하고 연구하는 과정입니다.
인체의 효율적인 움직임과 움직임 시스템을 이해하는 과정
&물리치료학적 관점에 따른 정적 자세 평가, 동적 움직임 평가와 그에 따른 상호 유기적인 원인 추론과 비판적 사고의 과정 &운동 과학과 발달 운동학에 근거한 기능적, 효율적인 움직임 관리 방법과 근골격계의 손상 및 수술 전. 후 관리 그리고 다양한 임상 케이스에 따른 기능적 움직임 적용 방법의 과정 스포츠 현장에서의 운동 과학적 트레이닝 방법 과정 등을 공유합니다.
각 과정 동안 참여자들은 그룹별, 그리고 개인 과제에 따라 본 과정의 실제 적용 훈련을 통해 임상 경험의 가치를 높이는 시간을 가지며, 지속적인 유대 관계를 통해 질 높은 연구와 임상 경험을 공유하게 될 것입니다.
